Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (8)
on the baking sheet and drizzle with
Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Paprika (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Remove the chicken and place
White Cheddar Cheese (8 slices)
on top so the cheese can melt.
Red Onions (1/4 cup)
Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp)
Jalapeño Pepper (1)
in a bowl.
To assemble the sliders, place a chicken thigh on top of a bottom
Slider Buns (8)
Cooked Bacon (8 slices)
on top of the chicken along with relish and a dollop of
Mayonnaise (to taste)
