Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (8) on the baking sheet and drizzle with Olive Oil (1 1/2 tablespoon), Paprika (1 1/2 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Remove the chicken and place White Cheddar Cheese (8 slice) on top so the cheese can melt.
Combine Red Onion (1/4 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 tablespoon), and Jalapeño Pepper (1) in a bowl.
To assemble the sliders, place a chicken thigh on top of a bottom Slider Buns (8). Place Cooked Bacon (8 slice) on top of the chicken along with relish and a dollop of Mayonnaise (to taste). Enjoy!
