Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Thoroughly mix together All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup), Corn Starch (1/2 cup), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup), and Mastic (1 piece).
Step 3
Add Butter (1 cup) Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and knead the dough together with your hands.
Step 4
Form the dough into 1 inch balls, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with at least 1 inch between cookies.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes on the middle rack of the oven, or until the bottoms are golden.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup). Store cooled cookies in airtight container. Serve and enjoy!
