Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Place
Salmon Fillets (4)
on baking sheet. Drizzle each salmon with 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
, 1 tablespoon of
Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1/4 cup)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Bake salmon for about 12 to 13 minutes. Remove from oven to rest before adding to sandwich.
Step 4
In a food processor, place
Kimchi (1/2 cup)
and
Greek Yogurt (1 1/2 cups)
. Pulse until smooth. Pour dressing into a small bowl and place in the fridge to allow the flavors to combine for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5
To make the sandwich: take two slices of
Brioche (8 slices)
and spread the kimchi yogurt dressing on top of each slice.
Step 6
Next, place a piece of
Butter Lettuce (4 pieces)
on one of the slices followed by two
Tomatoes (8 slices)
, 2 pieces of
Cooked Bacon (8 slices)
, and salmon (making sure the bottom skin is removed). Repeat process with remaining three sandwiches!
Step 7
Place the remaining slice of bread on top and enjoy!
