Step 1
To cook the sago, boil a pot of water. Add
Sago (3 Tbsp)
and boil for 10 minutes. Stir continually to avoid the sago stick to the pot bottom.
Step 2
Move the pot from fire, set aside for around 15 minutes with the lid covered. Drain sago and rinse well under cold water.
Step 3
Peel and remove the pit from the
Mangoes (2)
. Peel and separate sacs from the
Pomelo (1/2)
. Set both aside.
Step 4
Add
Milk (3/4 cup)
,
GOYA® Coconut Milk (3/4 cup)
, and Mango into a blender. Blend until smooth. You can add
Granulated Sugar (to taste)
for extra sweetness. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes or until chilled.
Step 5
Pour the smoothie mixture into the serving bowls. Add cooked sago and top with extra mango chunks and pomelo. Serve and enjoy!
