Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Mix together the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (4 1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (2 tablespoon), and Almonds (2 cup) in a large bowl.
Add the Pure Maple Syrup (1 1/4 cup) and the Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) until all the ingredients are coated.
Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes, then stir, working from the outside of the pan in.
Bake again for about 15 to 20 minutes longer until golden brown.
Let the mixture cool completely before you add the Dried Fruits (1 cup) and tansfer to an airtight container. The granola keeps for months.
