Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (4 1/2 cups)
,
Ground Cinnamon (2 Tbsp)
, and
Almonds (2 cups)
in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the
Pure Maple Syrup (1 1/4 cups)
and the
Coconut Oil (1/3 cup)
until all the ingredients are coated.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes, then stir, working from the outside of the pan in.
Step 5
Bake again for about 15 to 20 minutes longer until golden brown.
Step 6
Let the mixture cool completely before you add the
Dried Fruits (1 cup)
and tansfer to an airtight container. The granola keeps for months.
