Step 1
Grate Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce) into thin strips. Pour into a standing kitchen mixer. Then, pour in Mayonnaise (2 ounce), Cream Cheese (4 ounce), and Jarred Diced Pimentos (4 ounce). Season with Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Hot Sauce (to taste).
Step 2
Mix for a minute or two, until the mixture looks whipped. Transfer into a jar for easy storage.
