Mix all ingredients well and allow it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now, take skewers, and wet your hands with little Olive Oil (as needed). Take a small portion of the minced chicken and coat it along the skewer and shape it in a cylindrical or log shape. Make sure the mixture is evenly spread.
