Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Make two burger patties out of the Ground Beef (6 ounce). Make a well into one of the patties, add the Garlic (1 clove), Blue Cheese (2 ounce) and Smoked Bacon (2 piece). Put the second patty on top and seal it.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Sear in hot pan and cook until it is done to your liking.
Step 3
Toast and butter the Bread Roll (1). Place the burger on the bun and top with a generous spoon of Just Jan’s® Pomegranate Fruit Spread (to taste) and a piece of bacon.
