Make two burger patties out of the Ground Beef (6 oz). Make a well into one of the patties, add the Garlic (1 clove), Blue Cheese (1/2 cup) and Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (2 pieces). Put the second patty on top and seal it.
Sprinkle with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Sear in hot pan and cook until it is done to your liking.
Toast and butter the Bread Roll (1). Place the burger on the bun and top with a generous spoon of Just Jan’s® Pomegranate Fruit Spread (to taste) and a piece of bacon.
