In a shallow baking dish, whisk the juice of Lemon (1) and Lime (1), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp),Honey (1 tsp), Garlic (3 cloves), Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp) and Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch).
