Hard Apple Cider
Granny Smith Apples
Ginger Simple Syrup
Fill four cocktail glass with ice to chill them.
Make the ginger simple syrup by boiling
Water (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
Fresh Ginger (2 Tbsp)
until dissolved. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool completely.
Pour a tablespoon of simple syrup into the glass along with one shot of
Rum (6 fl oz)
, 1/2 tablespoon of
Lime Juice (2 Tbsp)
, and fill with
Hard Apple Cider (24 fl oz)
Stir and garnish with slices of
Granny Smith Apples (to taste)
