In a small bowl mix together the Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Black and White Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp), Curry Powder (1 tsp) and a pinch of Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).

Lay the Salmon Fillets (3 1/2 cups) pieces on a baking tray skin side down, and spread evenly with the sesame mixture.
3.
Place the tray of salmon on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity High’ programme and cook at 85 degrees C (185 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
4.
Serve salmon warm with salad or rice.
