Combine Heavy Cream (750 milliliter), 2% Reduced Fat Milk (250 milliliter), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (160 gram), Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon) in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Pour mixture into a large plastic bag.
Lay bag flat onto a baking sheet, and press to remove as much air as possible.
Place sheet in freezer. Chill until just frozen, about two and a half hours.
Remove from freezer, and bend bag back and forth to break up the mixture.
Remove ice cream pieces from bag, and place in a food processor.
Process until smooth, about two minutes.
Pour processed mixture into a loaf tin. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
