Step 1
Combine
Heavy Cream (3 cups)
,
2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 cup)
,
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (1 tsp)
in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Step 2
Pour mixture into a large plastic bag.
Step 3
Lay bag flat onto a baking sheet, and press to remove as much air as possible.
Step 4
Place sheet in freezer. Chill until just frozen, about two and a half hours.
Step 5
Remove from freezer, and bend bag back and forth to break up the mixture.
Step 6
Remove ice cream pieces from bag, and place in a food processor.
Step 7
Process until smooth, about two minutes.
Step 8
Pour processed mixture into a loaf tin. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy your Classic Ice Cream!
