Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the Butter (1/4 cup) and allow to melt, then add Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp) and Heavy Cream (1 cup) , slowly whisking until the cream cheese has melted and incorporated into the sauce.
Step 2
Continue whisking and add the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) . Turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
Step 3
Season with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to taste and serve as desired.
