Author's Notes

Keep the popcorn in a resealable plastic container for up to 1 week, or until it becomes stale.
Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Heat Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp) in a medium pot with a lid over medium heat. Add a couple of Popcorn Kernels (1/2 cup) to the oil; when one of the kernels pops, you know the oil is hot enough.
step 2
Add the remaining kernels, then cover and shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning. Once the popcorn is popped, transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
step 3
Spray the popped popcorn with the Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) (this will help the seasonings to stick). Using clean hands or a long wooden spoon, toss the popcorn to coat evenly.
step 4
Sprinkle with Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Sea Salt (1 tsp), and mix until the popcorn is coated, then serve.
