and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make 3 lime wedges and set aside. It should yield 6 wedges of lime in total.
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
between 2 glasses. Add 2 Lime Wedge into each class.
With a muddler, crush the cherries with the sugar until it becomes syrupy.
Ice (to taste)
