They’re really easy no bake cornflake cookies that taste like a lighter version of rice crispy treats. I shaped these into hearts so they’d be perfect for Valentine’s Day, but you can pretty much make any shape you want.

Butter

Mini Marshmallows

Red Food Coloring

Corn Flakes
Cooking Instructions
1.
Melt the Butter (1 stick) in a saucepan. Add Mini Marshmallows (5 cups) and mix until completely melted.
2.
Remove marshmallows from heat and stir in Red Food Coloring (as needed). In a large mixing bowl, mix marshmallows and Corn Flakes (6 cups) together.
3.
Take handfuls of the coated cornflakes and shape them on wax paper.
4.
Let them sit to cool or refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
