My whole family loves Apple Crisp, but I wanted to come up with a healthier version of it. So after a couple trials, I have come up with an extremely delicious and better-for-you Apple Crisp recipe.

Granola

Pure Maple Syrup

Tbsp
Coconut Sugar
•

tsp
Ground Cinnamon
•

Tbsp
Vanilla Extract

Coconut Oil

to taste
Vegan Whipped Cream
or Coconut Ice Cream
Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
2.
Grease 8-inch baking dish with Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp).
3.
Thinly slice the Apples (3).
4.
Mix Pure Maple Syrup (1/2 cup), Coconut Sugar (4 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp) in a small bowl.
5.
Place apples in baking dish and pour mixture over the top of the apples. Use a spatula to thoroughly coat apples.
6.
Top with Granola (2/3 cup).
7.
Melt Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and pour on top of the granola.
8.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
9.
Serve immediately with Vegan Whipped Cream (to taste) or coconut ice cream. Enjoy!
