Cooking Instructions
1.
Add the Tahini (4 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1) and juice from Orange (1) to the base of a food processor. Process for a minute, or until it turns into a fluffy paste.

Add half the Canned Chickpeas (1 3/4 cups) and process for another minute.
3.
Add the other half of the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Paprika (1 pinch), and Salt (to taste).
4.
While the processor is running, add the Water (2 Tbsp) one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
5.
Serve with veggie sticks or anything you like.
