Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 6-cup muffin pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
2.
Place 2 slices of Applewood Smoked Ham (12 slices) in each muffin cup, pressing down in the middle to make room for the egg. Crack one Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (6) into each ham cup.
3.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked according to your preference (soft, medium, or hard). 15 minutes will cook the yolk all the way through.
4.
Season with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and garnish with Fresh Basil (to taste) if desired.
Author's Notes
Add a bit of cheese on top of the cups if you want to get crazy.
