In a medium size skillet set over medium heat, melt the
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2/3 cup)
Flaxseeds (1/3 cup)
Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup)
. Toss it all around the pan so it gets coated in the butter.
Then drizzle the
Honey (2 Tbsp)
over it, mix again, and press it into a single layer in the pan.
Turn off the heat. Add the
Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup)
Salt (1 pinch)
Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch)
. Mix well and spread onto a piece of wax or parchment paper.
Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, always pressing it back into the pan.
Press it down into a single layer and let it cool slightly before eating.
Store in an airtight container.
