Step 1
In a medium size skillet set over medium heat, melt the Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Then add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2/3 cup) , Flaxseeds (1/3 cup) , and Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup) . Toss it all around the pan so it gets coated in the butter.
Step 3
Then drizzle the Honey (2 Tbsp) over it, mix again, and press it into a single layer in the pan.
Step 4
Turn off the heat. Add the Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup) , Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch) . Mix well and spread onto a piece of wax or parchment paper.
Step 5
Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, always pressing it back into the pan.
Step 6
Press it down into a single layer and let it cool slightly before eating.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container.
