In a medium size skillet set over medium heat, melt the Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon).
Then add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2/3 cup), Flaxseeds (1/3 cup), and Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup). Toss it all around the pan so it gets coated in the butter.
Then drizzle the Honey (2 tablespoon) over it, mix again, and press it into a single layer in the pan.
Turn off the heat. Add the Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup), Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch). Mix well and spread onto a piece of wax or parchment paper.
Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, always pressing it back into the pan.
Press it down into a single layer and let it cool slightly before eating.
Store in an airtight container.
