Kosher Salt (to taste)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
on all sides.
Mayonnaise (2 Tbsp)
Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
Fresh Herbs (to taste)
. Spread in an even layer across the rack of lamb — you might not need it all.
Simply say 'Alexa, start oven'. The optimal program will be selected automatically.
Take the pan out of the oven and place lamb on a board to rest for at least 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
