Dalgona Coffee is the coffee recipe taking over the internet. This trendy drink is like a cold latte drink topped with a smooth velvety sweet coffee foam, somewhat like a reverse cappuccino. Usually served chilled but you can any day try out the hot version too.

In a mug add
Instant Coffee (2 Tbsp)
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Water (2 Tbsp)
. Beat them all using a fork or and electric hand mixer, until light, creamy foam with soft peaks appear.
Add a handful of
Ice (to taste)
to two glasses. Fill two-thirds of each glass with
Milk (2 cups)
Spoon the foam onto the milk in the cup. Sprinkle some cocoa powder as garnish if desired. Mix it with a spoon to make a latte, or just enjoy it with a little foam and milk all in one sip!
Always use granulated sugar, either white or brown. The correct ratio for making the coffee foam is 2:2:2 (coffee + sugar + water).
