Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine Fresh Blackberries (2 cups) , Dried Lavender Bulbs (1/4 tsp) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup) . Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 2
Arrange a fine mesh sieve over a bowl. Strain fruit mixture into the bowl and press to extract all juices.
Step 3
Add Champagne Vinegar (1 cup) and whisk vigorously.
Step 4
To use, fill a glass with Ice (to taste) and Soda Water (to taste) and stir in 1 tablespoon of the shrub; add more to taste. Serve and enjoy!
