Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel the Lemons (9) , making sure not to get the white pith. Place the skins in a jar with Pure Grain Alcohol (4 cups) and let infuse for up to twenty days.
Step 2
Bring Water (6 1/4 cups) to a boil and add Granulated Sugar (3 1/2 cups) . Cool the water.
Step 3
Strain the lemon alcohol into the cooled water, making sure to remove all peels.
Step 4
Add a cup of water to the jar with the skins and swirl. Drain again into the limoncello. Decant into bottles.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
