Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Peel Sweet Potatoes (4), chop into eighths and place in an oven-proof dish.
3.
Sprinkle evenly with Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup).
4.
Add Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp).
5.
Add Corn Syrup (1/4 cup) and Water (1 cup).
6.
Dot with Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Salt (to taste).
7.
Tightly cover with a piece of aluminum foil and place in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
8.
Remove from the oven and discard the aluminum foil. Serve and enjoy!
