In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cups) , Evaporated Coconut Milk (3 Tbsp) , Brown Rice Syrup (3 Tbsp) , Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) , Peppermint Extract (1/2 tsp) until a sugary dough forms.
