Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup) with Oil (2 tablespoon) in a sauce pan over low heat (as low as possible). Or microwave it. Transfer to a bowl.
Coat the tip of your wooden sticks with chocolate and stick the tip into a Large Marshmallows (15)).
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Put the Candy Cane (to taste) in a ziplock bag and crush them.
Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate. Shake off the excess.
Sprinkle with crushed candy cane pieces or Sprinkles (to taste) and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
Freeze them till they've hardened.
