Place the Black Tea (1 bag) and Water (8 fl oz) . Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Blend the tea in a blender for a few seconds to achieve a froth.
Step 4
Alternatively "pull" the tea by pouring it from one mug to another until frothy on the top, it should take about 10 transfers.
Step 5
Serve immediately while the tea is still warm.
