Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place the Frozen Zesty Bean Quinoa (1/4 package) into a dry frying pan over a low heat and stir occasionally until warmed through.
Step 2
Place the Frozen Sugar Snap Peas and Baby Sweetcorn (1/4 package) into a saucepan over a low heat and stir occasionally until warmed through.
Step 3
Place the Sea Bass Fillet (1) into a microwavable container, lightly cover and microwave according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 4
Place the quinoa and vegetables on a plate then add the poached sea bass fillet.
Step 5
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), then drizzle with Olive Oil (to taste) and a squeeze of Lemon Juice (to taste) before serving.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
