One of my favorite appetizers (or meals, depending on the day) is bruschetta. It’s crazy simple to prepare and insanely good to eat. It’s bread, garlic, oil, tomatoes, and herbs. You can’t go wrong.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Drizzle Baguettes (16 slices) with a bit of Olive Oil (1 tsp), sprinkle with Salt (to taste). Toast for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy and slightly browned.

In a separate bowl, combine Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1 jar), Garlic (3 cloves), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Fresh Basil (2 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Top toasted baguette slices with tomato mixture. Serve and enjoy!
