Drizzle 20 Baguette (1) slices with a bit of Olive Oil (1 teaspoon), sprinkle with Salt (to taste). Toast for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy and slightly browned.
In separate bowl, combine Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1 pint), Garlic (4 clove), Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Fresh Basil (2 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Top toasted baguette slices with tomato mixture. Serve and enjoy!
