Pour Patrón XO Cafe (4 fluid ounce), Tequila (2 fluid ounce), Milk (4 fluid ounce), and Vanilla Simple Syrup (1 fluid ounce) into a tumbler. Add Ice (to taste).
Roll ingredients by pouring from one cup of the tumbler to the other, using a strainer to keep the ice in place.
Make glazed doughnut rim by mixing Milk (1 tablespoon) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup) until combined. Dip glass into glaze and then into Sprinkles (1/4 cup).
Pour liquid over ice. Top with sprinkles and Mini Doughnuts (to taste).
