Boil Water (1 cup).
Steep Tea Bags (8) in Water for 5 minutes, or according to tea instructions. This will yield a concentrated tea for the lattes.
Warm Milk (3 cup) in a medium-sized saucepan, you want the milk near boiling but not rapidly boiling.
In 4 large mugs add 1/4 cup tea concentrate, 3/4 cups milk, and foam if available.
Add Honey (to taste) and toppings if desired.
