Cooking Instructions

Step 1
De-stem two sprigs of the Fresh Rosemary (2 sprig).
Step 2
Bring the Water (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and the rosemary to a boil then turn off the heat.
Step 3
When cool, strain.
Step 4
Then store in a jar for multiple recipes!
Step 5
Assemble drink ingredients.
Step 6
Add Ice (to taste) to your glass.
Step 7
Add Ice (to taste) to shaker.
Step 8
Add Campari (1 fluid ounce).
Step 9
Add Sweet Vermouth (1 fluid ounce). Go light on the sweet vermouth if you don't like your drinks very sweet.
Step 10
Add Gin (1 fluid ounce).
Step 11
Add .5 oz of the simple syrup
Step 12
Shake, strain, and serve with the final sprig of Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig).
