Rinse and drain Chickpeas (1 can), then dry well with a paper towel or clean dish towel. Remove skins if desired.

Combine the Smoked Paprika (as needed), Ground Garlic (as needed), Ground Turmeric (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Coarse Sea Salt (as needed) and Cayenne Pepper (as needed) in a small bowl.

Add chickpeas to a baking sheet. Drizzle with Coconut Oil (2 tsp) and toss to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the oil-covered chickpeas, toss to fully cover, then spread seasoned chickpeas onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
