Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Rinse and drain Chickpeas (1 can), then dry well with a paper towel or clean dish towel. Remove skins if desired.
Combine the Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Garlic (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), Coarse Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) in a small bowl.
Add chickpeas to a baking sheet. Drizzle with Coconut Oil (3/4 tablespoon) and toss to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the oil-covered chickpeas, toss to fully cover, then spread seasoned chickpeas onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and shake the pan halfway through. Once golden and crispy, remove from oven, allow them to cool.
