Rim a highball glass with a Lime Wedge (1) and Clamato Rimmer (as needed).

Fill the glass to the top with Ice (as needed). Add the Vodka (1 oz).

Add the Hot Sauce (2 dashes), Worcestershire Sauce (4 dashes), Salt (3 dashes), and Ground Black Pepper (3 dashes).
