Add juice and zest of
Lemon (1)

Cashew Meal (1 cup)

Oats (1 cup)

Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)

Honey (1/4 cup)

Flaxseeds (1/4 cup)

Poppy Seeds (1 tsp)
and
Hemp Seeds (2 Tbsp)
to a food processor and blend until well combined.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls, approximately 24 to 28.
Step 3
Add the
Cashew Meal (1/3 cup)
to a small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra
Poppy Seeds (1 tsp)
Step 4
Put in freezer for thirty to sixty minutes. Serve and enjoy!
