Add juice and zest of Lemon (1), Dates (12), Cashew Meal (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Honey (1/4 cup), Flaxseeds (1/4 cup), Poppy Seeds (1 teaspoon) and Hemp Seeds (2 tablespoon) to a food processor and blend until well combined.
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls, approximately 24 to 28.
Add the Cashew Meal (1/3 cup) to a small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra Poppy Seeds (1 teaspoon)
Put in freezer for thirty to sixty minutes. Serve and enjoy!
