Healthier Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispies
These Healthier Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispies are made without marshmallows, processed sugar, or butter. Curb that sweet tooth craving with a slightly healthier option! Serves 20.
Line a baking pan with wax paper, spray wax paper with cooking spray and set aside. In a small bowl, mix Powdered Peanut Butter with Water.
Add the mixture, Peanut Butter, Honey, Vanilla Extract and Cocoa Powder to a medium pan over medium-low heat. Stir until mixture has melted and creates a smooth creamy texture.
Remove from heat and add the Crisp Rice Cereal and Chocolate Granola. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a wax lined baking pan and use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly, pressing down firmly to ensure treats are tightly packed.
Meanwhile, place Chopped Dark Chocolate into a small pan and heat on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Once fully melted, drizzle chocolate over the top of the packed rice krispie treats using a spoon.
Place pan into fridge and allow to cool for thirty minutes before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
