Line a baking pan with wax paper, spray wax paper with cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix Powdered Peanut Butter (4 tablespoon) with Water (2 tablespoon).
Add the mixture, Peanut Butter (6 tablespoon), Honey (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tablespoon) to a medium pan over medium-low heat. Stir until mixture has melted and creates a smooth creamy texture.
Remove from heat and add the Crispy Rice Cereal (4 cup) and Chocolate Granola (1/3 cup). Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a wax lined baking pan and use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly, pressing down firmly to ensure treats are tightly packed.
Meanwhile, place Dark Chocolate (1/2 cup) into a small pan and heat on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
Once fully melted, drizzle chocolate over the top of the packed rice krispie treats using a spoon.
Place pan into fridge and allow to cool for thirty minutes before cutting into squares.
