Step 1
Preheat waffle maker to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Combine
Cornmeal (1 cup)

Garlic (1 clove)

Cheddar Cheese (1/3 cup)

Almond Milk (1/2 cup)

Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)

Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp)

Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)
into a large bowl.
Step 3
Then add
Red Chili Pepper (1/2)
,
Sweet Onion (1/2)
, and
Eggs (2)
. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Once waffle maker is hot and batter is ready, lightly spray top and bottom with
Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp)
then pour half batter into waffle maker and cook until golden brown and slightly crispy. Repeat process with remaining half of batter.
