Mix Oats (1 cup), Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/4 cup), Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp), Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds (2 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp) in a large bowl.

Whisk Coconut Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Honey (2 1/2 Tbsp) together and add to oats mixture.
