Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix Oats (4 cups) , Chopped Pecans (1 cup) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup) , Ground Flaxseed (1/2 cup) , Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 tsp) in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk Coconut Oil (1/3 cup) and Honey (2/3 cup) together and add to oats mixture.
Step 4
Spread mixture onto two baking sheets and bake for approximately 25 minutes and stir a few times during baking.
Step 5
For more crunch, reduce oven to 275 degrees F (140 degrees) and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
