Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Mix Oats (1 cup), Chopped Pecans (4 Tbsp), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (4 Tbsp), Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp), Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds (2 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp) in a large bowl.

Whisk Coconut Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Honey (2 2/3 Tbsp) together and add to oats mixture.
4.
Spread mixture onto two baking sheets and bake for approximately 25 minutes and stir a few times during baking.
5.
For more crunch, reduce oven to 275 degrees F (140 degrees) and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
