Country White Bread
Cipollini Onions in Balsamic Vinegar
12 Month Reypenaer Gouda
3 Year Reypenaer Gouda
12 Month Reypenaer Gouda (1 cup)
3 Year Reypenaer Gouda (1 cup)
. Rougly chop the
Cipollini Onions in Balsamic Vinegar (5)
Preheat a panini press or heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Meanwhile, brush one side of each
Country White Bread (4 slices)
with a little of the
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Flip the bread slices over and spread on a spoonful of
Fig Spread (1/4 cup)
. Top with a layer of onions.
Layer on the two cheeses.
Place the sandwich on the skillet and press down with a spatula. Grill for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is turning golden brown and the cheese is melting. Flip the sandwich and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve immediately.
