Step 1
Gently melt the Intense Conscious Chocolate Bar (50 gram), the Conscious Chocolate® The Dark One Chocolate Bar (50 gram), and the Conscious Chocolate® Essential Orange Chocolate Bar (50 gram) either in a bowl over a pan of boiling water or in the microwave.
Step 2
Add the Coconut Cream (150 milliliter) and Vanilla Powder (1 teaspoon) to the melted chocolate, stir well then place in the fridge to harden.
Step 3
After approximately 1 hour check the mixture to see if it is firm enough to roll. If so, scoop a little piece out of the bowl with a teaspoon and gently roll it with the tips of your fingers. It will melt easily so don't use the hot palm of your hand.
Step 4
Quickly roll in a plate of Raw Cacao Powder (to taste) and place to one side. Repeat until all the mixture has been used up. Refrigerate for about an hour before eating.
Step 5
Store in the fridge, serve and enjoy!
