If you want it even more like candy, feel free to add in crushed butterscotch candy to the mix. It’s definitely not as healthy but it does work!

In a large bowl, add in Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Almond Meal (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Shaved Coconut (1/2 cup), Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp), Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix (2 Tbsp), and Vanilla Protein Powder (1/4 tsp).
step 1 In a large bowl, add in Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Almond Meal (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Shaved Coconut (1/2 cup), Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp), Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix (2 Tbsp), and Vanilla Protein Powder (1/4 tsp).

Then mix in your Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1/3 cup), Honey (1/3 cup), Butter Extract (1/4 tsp) if using, and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Mix well and roll into bite-size balls. Makes anywhere between 20-22 balls depending on size.

Next, coat the bites with extra Vanilla Protein Powder (to taste) or Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix (to taste) if desired.
