Bloom the Gelatin Powder (2 tsp) by sprinkling it over the Water (2 Tbsp) in a small container. Set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the Milk (10 tsp) and the Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (3 Tbsp) and heat until hot, but not simmering.

Add the bloomed gelatin and stir into to melt. If milk gets separated or curdled, don't worry, it won't affect the final outcome. Set aside to cool down.

Whip the Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream (sponsored) (1/3 cup) until soft peaks form. Fold in the Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) and add the milk and chia spread mixture (should no longer be hot to the touch).

Stir until fully combined, and ladle into individual containers. Cool in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

Before serving, spoon some extra Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (to taste) on top and garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
