Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Bloom the Gelatin Powder (1/2 Tbsp) by sprinkling it over the Water (2 Tbsp) in a small container. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the Milk (3 Tbsp) and the Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (3 Tbsp) and heat until hot, but not simmering.
Step 3
Add the bloomed gelatin and stir into to melt. If milk gets separated or curdled, don't worry, it won't affect the final outcome. Set aside to cool down.
Step 4
Whip the Whipping Cream (1/3 cup) until soft peaks form. Fold in the Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) and add the milk and chia spread mixture (should no longer be hot to the touch).
Step 5
Stir until fully combined, and ladle into individual containers. Cool in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
Step 6
Before serving, spoon some extra Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (to taste) on top and garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
