SHOW ALL IMAGES
Gelatin Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
by sprinkling it over the
Water (2 Tbsp)
in a small container. Set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the
Milk (3 Tbsp)
Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (3 Tbsp)
and heat until hot, but not simmering.
Add the bloomed gelatin and stir into to melt. If milk gets separated or curdled, don't worry, it won't affect the final outcome. Set aside to cool down.
Whipping Cream (1/3 cup)
until soft peaks form. Fold in the
Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup)
and add the milk and chia spread mixture (should no longer be hot to the touch).
Stir until fully combined, and ladle into individual containers. Cool in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
Before serving, spoon some extra
Chia Strawberry Fruit Spread (to taste)
on top and garnish with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
