Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, cream together Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 Tbsp), until light and fluffy.
3.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) in 1/4 cup at a time and beat well after each addition.
4.
Add the Swedish Pearl Sugar (3 Tbsp) and Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) and fold in using either a wooden spoon or hands.
5.
Once sugar and chocolate chips are mixed throughout the dough, take 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and roll into balls.
6.
Place on silicone baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until very lightly golden.
7.
Let rest for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Sift powdered sugar over the cookies once they are slightly cooled. Serve and enjoy!
