Cooking Instructions
1.
Clean the
Pig's Trotter (1)
and slice
Fresh Ginger (3 slices)

Add the cleaned pig foot,
Water (to taste)
, ginger slices, and
Cooking Wine (1 tsp)
into a pot, after the water boils, take the pig foot out.

Put the prepared pig foot into a pot, add
Beer (1 cup)
.
4.
Add enough water to cover the pig foot.
5.
Add the
Crystal Sugar (2 Tbsp)
.
6.
Add
Light Soy Sauce (1 oz)
and
Dark Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
.
7.
Cover the pot and stew at a medium heat for an hour.
8.
Take out the braised pork foot and put on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
