Cooking Instructions
1.
Clean the Pig's Trotter (1) and slice Fresh Ginger (3 slices).
2.
Add the cleaned pig foot, Water (to taste), ginger slices, and Cooking Wine (1 tsp) into a pot, after the water boils, take the pig foot out.
3.
Put the prepared pig foot into a pot, add Beer (1 cup).
4.
Add enough water to cover the pig foot.
5.
Add the Crystal Sugar (1 oz).
6.
Add Light Soy Sauce (1 oz) and Dark Soy Sauce (2 tsp).
7.
Cover the pot and stew at a medium heat for an hour.
8.
Take out the braised pork foot and put on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
