Step 1
Clean the
Snapper Fillets (1 lb)
and cut it into 4 smaller pieces.
Step 2
Add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
to both sides of the snapper.
Step 3
Cut the
Cherry Tomatoes (8)
into quarters.
Step 4
Cut the
Lemon (1)
in half and squeeze the lemon juice onto the tomato.
Step 5
Add
Olive Oil (as needed)
.
Step 6
Take the other half of the lemon and grate it. Add that to the tomato to make the sauce.
Step 7
Add olive oil to the pan and fry the
Asparagus (3 stalks)
lightly until they turn slightly more green.
Step 8
Fry the snapper until both sides are cooked.
Step 9
Put the snapper and asparagus onto a plate. Serve and enjoy!
