Clean the Snapper Fillet (1 pound) and cut it into 4 smaller pieces.
Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to both sides of the snapper.
Cut the Cherry Tomato (8) into quarters.
Cut the Lemon (1) in half and squeeze the lemon juice onto the tomato.
Add Olive Oil (to taste).
Take the other half of the lemon and grate it. Add that to the tomato to make the sauce.
Add olive oil to the pan and fry the Asparagus (3 stalk) lightly until they turn slightly more green.
Fry the snapper until both sides are cooked.
Put the snapper and asparagus onto a plate. Serve and enjoy!
